When the HR Certification Institute (HRCI), leaders in the HR accreditation field, rebranded this year, they tapped us to design an ad campaign for the launch. We developed a campaign based on the idea that certification helps HR professionals stand out. The tagline, “Distinguish yourself,” provides the editorial hook that works as well abroad as it does here in the US and the striking photography draws attention to the human aspect of their work.
