Erin Hall designs identity and brand systems that exude a fresh, modern vibe. Her work is marked by strong typography skills and an elegant sense of color.
Erin started her design career at Carbone Smolan Agency, where she worked on a range of projects, including marketing materials for a 5-star resort in Mexico, a permanent exhibit for Gore Industries, and a new identity for the Palmer House Hotel in Chicago. She worked for a time as the lead designer at Meter Industries on education, retail, and luxury brands, and as an independent consultant to the City of Augusta. She then returned to Carbone Smolan, where she worked on large corporate branding systems.
This year, she partnered with Three Furies on several projects: an identity for a technology start-up in the fashion industry; a rebrand of a Top 50 law firm; and several other branding projects for still-confidential entrepreneurial ventures.
Erin also works in commercial interior design, and her two most recent projects include a wine store in Williamsburg and an office for a growing technology firm in lower Manhattan.
She earned her BFA in Interior Design from Georgia State University, and studied graphic design at Portfolio Center. For three years, she owned a popular mid-century furniture store in Greenpoint. When she's not staring at her Mac for hours at a time, she's tending to her “minor” furniture addiction, which also happens to require staring at her Mac for hours at a time.
