After we proved ourselves by supporting HRCI’s new brand launch, they gave us the kind of project we live for: a complete redesign of their magazine, Certified. We tackled it with gusto, working closely with the editor-in-chief to rethink the sections and pagination for better flow; develop new department layouts; and introducing a much higher quality design for feature stories. We introduced a new masthead and type hierarchy, folio and image style.
