As a business, visual identity and content strategist, Amanda builds companies and teams, organizes operations, and produces integrated marketing plans, national advertising campaigns and complex websites. She has a knack for simplifying complex concepts into accessible messages, and infusing them with heart and humor.
She founded Three Furies, a New York-based consultancy to work with progressive organizations, pivoting businesses and visionary entrepreneurs. She has built a reputation for her ability to achieve aggressive objectives on budget and on schedule, a feat she attributes to her commitment to collaboration, open communication and diplomatic truth-telling.
Amanda graduated from Georgetown University with a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature and earned her Master’s degree at New York University. She also holds a JD from the Washington College of Law at American University, where she was Associate Executive Editor of the International Law Review.
Previously, she was head of operations at Carbone Smolan Agency and a founding partner at Thinkso, both boutique branding agencies in Manhattan.
In her spare time, Amanda runs a small wine store in Brooklyn and is building a nonprofit that serves veterans. She’s an activist and committed volunteer in her community. She lives with her daughter in a Brooklyn apartment that has more pets than humans.
